If you haven’t already heard, KW Island Living has officially acquired Whalers Realty Inc. KW Island living continues to grow its market share on Maui with the acquisition of one of West Maui’s most prominent real estate players.
The acquisition brings several new office locations throughout the West Maui to KW Island Living including an office at The Fairway Shops and their main office at in Kaanapali’s Whalers Village. Buyer and Seller clients of KW Island Living can expect an increased presence throughout Maui’s West Side.
In addition, Dean Otto (formerly with Sakamoto Properties) is coming aboard as the west side Broker In Charge and Director of the newly launching Portfolio Luxury Division. Dean brings a wealth of experience in Maui Real Estate and Luxury Real Estate.
