It looks like Wailele Ridge is back on track. The developer was forced to stop work on the project site in the early part of August due to an easement issue on Hui Road A. Thanks to the cooperation of the county they were granted the easement and received permission to continue working on the project. As a consequence of having to stop work the civil contractor, PB Sullivan, needed to relocate equipment to a different project.
The contractor has now been granted access to restart work on the property and has remobilized back to the Wailele Ridge work site.
