The temperature on Maui might be unusually cold (if you can call mid 60’s cold) but the Sales activity at Kaanapali Alii is heating up. On March 1st 2019 four (4) different K Alii units went into contract. The list below shows which units have gone pending in the MLS.
Unit 1-1004 – Listed for $3,128,000
Unit 1-902 – Listed for $1,890,000
Unit 2-702 – Listed for $1,725,000
Unit 2-604 – Listed for $1,450,000
In addition to the 4 new pending properties in one day, a new record breaking sale might be in the works. Unit 1-1006 has gone into contract at a list price of $5,200,000. The previous record sale was set at $5,000,000 for unit 1-1105 when is sold in 2006.
