There have been a number of stunning waterfront estates hitting the market through the first 2 months of 2018. Currently there is more than $389 million oceanfront properties listed for sale. Eight (8) ocean or beachfront homes have already Sold on Maui through the first 60 days of 2018. This puts Maui on pace to almost double the number of similar sales that occurred in 2017 and almost quadruple the number of sales from 2015.
