Accepting Reservation Agreements Now!
The first release of Market Rate Single Family Homes scheduled for September 30 has come and gone. The developer is now accepting Reservation Agreements for all of the future Market Rate Single Family Detached Home releases. The Reservation List reserves the order in which you will be offered lots for future releases. The sooner you go on the list, the better chance you have to select your favorite home. Feel free to contact me directly for information on how to place your name on the Reservation List.
Details for the Homes designated as “Workforce Housing” have not yet been released but it is anticipated that there will be income and residency restrictions to qualify. It is also likely that a lottery drawing will be set up for the release of the Workforce Housing.
